This guy has give me the slip the last 3 years. He runs between 2 properties but since ours has flooded I haven't got any pics of him. Thought I had day time pics saved on my phone but guess not. Not bad for East Texas. [IMG][IMG]

Big boy. How many acres is the property you hunt, and how many different set ups do you have?

400ish. Acerage goes up and down depending on rain and flooding. Its a farm with big hay meadows and swamp. Probably 15 set ups between 6 people. I know I have 1 stand I know under water right now and that's the area he was bedding in.

6 people on 400 acres? Depending on how often you all hunt, don't be surprised if no one gets him.
    Great looking buck tho.

Good to see a fellow east Texan on here. Where abouts is your lease? I'm located in Newton co... Its been an awful year due to all the acorns this year. How's your season going?

Seen several shooters but not the 2 I'm after. Maybe during the last week I'll take one of the others if I don't see the other 2. Had 2 good 8's taken recently on our place. Never seen either before so think they were just cruising through.
