    $237 for harvesting a deer (let alone world class buck) without a valid license. That’s cheaper than most non-resident licenses. What a joke. Intentional or not, I think that’s less than a slap on the wrist and a fairly. That sets a good precedent for others who may be “unable to load the site” and still shoot a deer. The one positive is that the rack did not go to the state. I never much liked that

    in the kids defense computers are a joke! trying to buy licenses online is a pain sometimes. I believe he has a legitimate gripe. if the state doesn't like things like this happening then quit trying to sell licenses online. go strictly otc. I would've done the same thing as he did. after giving it an honest attempt heck with it. on the other side of the debate, he shouldn't have waited until the last minute to get the license. double edge sword I guess. either way congrats to him.

    If it ended up being illegal... and he got caught, he should not get the antlers. It does nothing but inspire ppl to care less about repercussions.

    Back at it after getting skunked this morning. Flying solo and hunting from the ground this evening. Getting more aggressive, we’ll see if it pays off!

    No luck tonight. I can’t remember the last time I’ve hunted this property and not seen a single deer...think It’s been over hunted the last 2 1/2 months.
