    God I miss you all. I miss November, and the large crowd it brought. I miss the woods and the deer (well, the lack thereof) and everything that makes up bow season.

    Three college decisions come back for me at the end of this week (Friday and Saturday). I’ll hear from ND, Wisco, and Miami. UW is my #1. So that’s a great bit of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. It’s literally placing my life and future in someone else’s hands which is crazy to even think about.

    I'll know tomorrow if I will be out this weekend or not. First weekend I have not had requested off since end of October, they may bust out the vaseline on me :lol:

    I'll have two 5 day weekends after that though. Not gonna kid myself on antlers, first doe that offers up is getting butchered up.

    Bought a big tote and one of those toss in ozone generators, see if it can make me a believer or not.

    Man that brings back memories of college for me. Not gonna wax nostalgic, but yes you will LOVE college. Lol. Gotta say if you get Miami, I guarantee your college experience will be much different than mine and live up that salt life. Be careful tho cuz it does something to your soul. One word: Pompano. November will come again friend and many more. Hell I miss it too. Best of luck in your future and stay focused, and of course don't be a stranger here!

    Been tied up and haven't checked in with most of you in a while. Sorry on your deer Kyle! I am counting down the days until I'm back in the stand this weekend! Been since Nov 24th! I'm hoping December finishes up strong to my awful year.

    I haven't thought about hunting in the past month, been so stinking busy I have not had time to hit the woods. Hopefully, after this weekend I'll be able to get back into the stand and try and put one more in the freezer. I have enough meat in the freezer now, but I'd like to drop one off at a processor for some snack sticks/sausage.
    I'd like to take a do but I have that "what if she's pregnant" though in my head. I'll probably still take one though. I still have 1 buck tag, might try and stumble across another buck too.

    Still buck hunting. Awfully warm tonight...37. Bunch of does around. Please bring a buck. Hopefully I can smash some does late December.

    Does and 2 bucks. A little 4 and 2.5 yo 8 point

    Could have shot both bucks with bow. Would like some thing bigger.

    Won't be out this weekend. On the old OT schedule. Helps me make up for a couple sick days last week so not a biggie by me.

    I'll be back out weekend before and after(if needed) Christmas.
