2018 was an absolutely amazing season for me! I started it off on October 4th and shot my first deer from the ground, it was such a rush and I definitely hope to do it again! I was also able to shoot 3 very nice bucks including a Missouri public land 8 point that is my biggest deer to date. Just a week after I got home I shot a beautiful 3 1/2 year Michigan old 7 point that had broke his main beam and his left g3. And only 4 days later I was able able to tag out on another great Michigan 8 point which was either 3 1/2 or 4 1/2. After I shot my second Michigan buck I was at a total loss for words and truly didn’t even know what to think. It is the best season that I have ever had in my 15 year hunting career and I am still on cloud 9 and hope to carry it into the 2019 season! Wow! Great season indeed. You are definitely dialed in! As said above good luck next year &/or gun season if you go out. Like you need more venison in your freezer! :)

Unless I head out of state for a quick hunt my time in the woods hunting is done this year. I also shot a doe real early in the season and my wife shot 2 does so we have more than enough meat in the freezer for the year. I have one doe tag left but I’m not going to go out just for the sake of killing one unless someone really needed meat then I would and just donate her.

Thank you everyone! I don’t know about all of you but I’m ready for October 1st!!
