I am looking into some cold weather camo from Scheels, i asked customer service and they said it is wind resistant not wind proof. Anyone know the difference? Also, has anyone use the Scheels Outfitters Highwood Insulated parka and bibs?

Nobody wants to put "wind proof" on anything anymore because they're afraid some a-hole will put it up against a 100 mph wind blast tunnel and it won't hold up then they'll get sued for false advertising.

Sitka still advertises the Stratus with Gore Windstopper as 100% windproof.
