Saw this posted online and went back and watched it and I must say I was impressed and has given me some ideas for sure. Check out the show Meat Eater season 6 episode 6. He goes through processing a deer starting from the skinning to the cuts in the freezer. I highly recommend checking this out. Let me know what you think!
Thanks! Something I've been wanting to learn more about. Watching now since I'm bored and wide awake. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Awesome...a lot I didn't know and will carry forward. I kind of chucked that I have the exact same knife he used as my primary skinning knife. I didn't know about not freezing the meat with the fat on it so I'll definitely make that adjustment. I've done 3 of my own and always want to get better at this. Thanks for the reference. I have a feeling I'll watch it a few more times. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
OK, so how does one find that link or what ever it is to watch? Found Meat Eater but nothing to get me to season 6, episode 6. OK, I didn't search right. Had to put the season and episode in to get it. Audio sucks, all the flashing lights around a itty bitty screen to view it is worse. Don't like U-Tube to start with.
Not sure if you have Netflix but it's on there. Yeah YouTube can have crap quality sometimes. Sent from my SM-G960U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Nope, no Netflix. Have Dish. Found a couple other places & will check them out. Have done it before several times but a refresher and different ideas sure don't hurt. thanks.
