Just got set up where I moved this morning. Old spot, 2 mornings, 2 afternoons, 1 doe 50 to 60 yards away! New spot, 10 minutes after my neighbor walked thru with no scent control, spike buck at 12 yards. Think I made right choice to move!!!

Saw something say killed around rushville, il. Think its schyler county about 30 mins from me. Crazy looking buck but like someone else said I'm usually skeptical until something actually confirms it. See these post every fall and only a handful are true in the way it happened. Chances are this pic will be from several states before its over.

Well another interesting walk in. We have some weird coyotes around here ha. Crossed crick and made it up hill and had one sleeping probably 60 yards away. Just curled up out in middle of bean field. Coulda shot him but once climbed over gates he realized i was there and jumped up and trotted off. Good looking dog, but its first day of vacation and I'm not wasting arrow on something that would most likely end up in ditch. But all set up bow and ready to go. Feels like should be good night but who knows. Also talked to buddy that owns farm and he moved the feeder calves out or field sat in this morning so that'll open up 2 more stands to sit in.

I'm in the thick stuff tonight! Changing it up and knocking on their doorstep. Needed some protection from the 15-20mph winds. Good luck pm shift

Same spot I was in this morning. Freshened scrape with some doe piss for good luck. Threw in a chew and instead of winter green I taste doe piss... fingers crossed tonight is the night

I was able to salvage a couple broadheads-

I still have a doe tag and my buddy wants some taken off his propert so here I am, back live from the stand...

    Then this happens...

Had a doe move by about 100 yards away. But nothing besides that. Wind is just starting to calm down here though. It’s nice and quiet now.

If you watch the weekly shows guessing you’ve seen this guy... neighbor shot this guy. Too bad Neal or myself couldn’t have had this one walk by

So much for 6 mph wind. This is brutal. I hate not being able to hear anything at all. Wind and leaves just drown everything out.

That little button buck must be in timeout. He has been stuck by one tree for last 15 mins. Walks aways then goes right back. Maybe mom found a new boyfriend ha. Hopefully she brings him along when goes and gets kids

Weather is kinda crazy, was subby and kinda warm and since been here clouds moved in and temps are dropping
