    I definitely didn't bring enough clothes, I'm freezing! Think I will stop for ice cream on the way home just to warm up. Rains are starting to slow down, think it's almost over.

    All settled in on my first sit of vacation! I love this time of year got a weird wind so I can hunt a stand where a good buck has been frequenting and the wind switched from north to south today. Just heard a grunt good luck everyone!

I was out here yesterday afternoon as well but my phone died. Been snowing 5 hrs and there’s deer tracks out here so that’s a good sign. Looking for my target 8!

    Checked my cams yesterday. I have the 8 fighting a 5 and a huge bear but it’s all nocturnal. Hopefully pre rut and the weather get things going during shooting hours.

    Been up for about an hour. Just had a squirrel come up the tree in front of me a give me the stare down. Then I jumped at him and he’s over in the next time zone now. I love doing that:lol:

    In a tree for the first
    Time this year. Intersection of four trails at a creek crossing. Took me longer than I wanted to set up. Oh well, hope something comes by.

    Just spotted and stalked a small buck. Got within 40 yds before I realized he wasn’t legal. He was on a mission though and never knew I was there
