    Grunting and chasing going on to my north. Had one come through at about 40 but still can’t see.

    Well their main trail is about 60 yards to my east from what I can hear. 2 have crossed and bedded in some willows about 75 yards to my south.

    The wind has switched from NW to E to S already. Bucks usually come from the S here, so I'm not complaining. Gap in the rain til 10 hopefully has them up and moving.

    Shooter snuck up on me 15 minutes before shooting. Couldn’t get him to come back within 75 yards. Wouldn’t respond to calls. Damn

    F’ing north north west wind a buck snuck in behind me. Literally the best stand I got for this wind and he winded me.

    It doesn’t help that I smell like a truck stop bathroom after whatever I had for dinner last night... That buck has never been to a truck stop but he knows what one smells like now.

    On the way in I had to make a last min stand change. A buck was making a scrape in front of me. I backed out slow and went to a different spot. Heard a buck grunt before daylight.
