I just completed an Elk Hunt in Western Wyoming and one of my fellow hunters missed a Bull Elk with his crossbow. He claims his broad head bolt did not follow the same trajectory as the field tips he practiced with.
Should tips of the same weight follow the same trajectory?

Know less than nothing about a Xbow, but if your compound is PROPERLY tuned, there should not be any difference between a Fp and BH.
My E35 shoots FP, Iron Wills and ViperTricks to the same spot out to 60.

Most broadheads fly differently from a fieldpoint of the same weight due to the differences in aerodynamics.

Best and smartest to sight in using the arrows and broadheads you'll be hunting with before leaving home, and take a few test shots after arriving to verify the sights were not knocked out of adjustment while traveling.
