It's usually done on a weekly or every other week basis. Might even be 3 weeks once the rut hits or during slow periods.

All deer will be accounted for and those needing addressed will be notified.

This isn't someone's job, being done in their free time and not on a daily basis.

10/16 @ 6:45pm: I missed my new #1. He was coming down the ridge, like I needed, but saw the doe group under my tree. He walked directly to me and I had to wait until the moment of truth to draw. When I drew, a doe blew. He bounded off to around 45. I thought he was around 40 and I held low as I always do when the deer are alert. Clean miss under his heart. He stood at 80 yards for about 2 min watching his back trail. I will be back tomorrow night.

    10/17 @ 5:45pm: New #1 crashed in the holler.

that is a MONSTER mainframe 8. Looking at him I would have never thought sub-170. Just goes to show you how hard it is to score a true Booner 8. Great deer.

I suspect that's because most of us have a lifetime of eyeballing 5-8".

It is a great deer, and I agree with the score but to be fair he did not post 2 pics of himself and his bow with the kill. I don't necessarily like the rule but it's the rule.

More then one was counted without the two pics. It was nice before when Fitz added the ENTERED at the top of each post so everyone knows what was counted and what wasn't. I get it that it's all volunteers. I appreciate all they do.

Nah, it was his pet deer!
Here he is with him in 2013 with him as a 2 1/2 year old after giving him his daily bath

    IMG_20181014_093128.jpg

Then again in 2015 as an aspiring 4 1/2 year old

    IMG_20181017_124643.jpg

Sadly, in an unforeseen tragedy he was crushed by a fallen tree at 6 1/2 in 2017. He's gonna miss that deer

Lol I literally just laughed out loud lol and I was rather pissed all day. My big fear is I have idiots spotlighting deer. Cause he had a entrance in the rear and exit far back guts. For sure a rifle. And we haven't had a rifle season yet. And I know no one hunts for a good ways around me. So some idiots wounded this deer from the road. Then after taking him he ran into that pond you see back there. So I had to go for a swim up to my nut sack in 40 degree Canadian water lol. So I was a little grumpy, and you just brightened my mood lol.

At least that Canadian water doesn't have alligators and cottonmouths in it. I have had to watch out for both recovering my bucks from the last two years. The hazards of hunting river bottoms down south.

I’m the captain for team 11. I’ll make sure Pastor Jim gets his buck entered correctly. It may just put us over 600 points.

Is this the year team three hands over the belt? It sure is if Twhack Pack keeps this pace
( yea the irony was not lost that I'm the only one that hasn't crushed a bruiser on the team )

We got two bucks not on the score card yet. We're still leading...... I think the enthusiasm is really cute though lmao.
