    I got a text from my brother about 20 minutes ago saying he shot a doe.

    I wonder if this deer cast is saying this because they know where I hunt?

    I don’t think you get much worse from how it’s been. Their deer cast has said great and I never see squat, mostly because of where I hunt.

    IMG_1150.JPG had to put down what I thought was a fawn last weekend because “she” came in twice at prime time and blew at me and saw me before I saw it, not moving in a very good hang on stand , good cover and not skylined, so I decided to let it Fly at her, ended up being a button buck but any other deer so far hasn’t came in and busted me yet , atleast some good backstraps

    Got a 6 point in front of me. Been here about 15 minutes now but needing to get down. All I can see of him now is just his silhouette. It's getting to dark.

    Seeing some low 30's and even upper 20's showing up for the lows. I put in for next Sarurday off, might get lucky and have the 3 day weekend.

    Taking all my left over burger in tomorrow to get snack sticks done.

    Think I might get an October sit in afterall, need some more kills in this thread before the flood come November.

    Haven't even gotten all my gear together yet, 80's and 90's kill the mood excitement :lol:
