I am hunting a small piece of land in South Georgia Probably 6-7 acres tops. I’ve never scouted it until this year and I have 2 legitimate mature shooters coming into corn. It’s mostly soybean fields surrounding it and on the northern boundary is a huntin club. Does anyone have some tips on getting these deer to come out in the daytime and on hunting small pieces of property in general. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Do not go in it....at all. Find a tree on the edge that plays with your most prevalent wind and only sit that when that wind is correct. I promise you if you go in it they will not wait around to see what you are. I have a small piece and a bunch of other ppl I hunt with so as well and it's the only way IMHO. Good luck
Agreed! We hunt a small property that borders a neighboring corn field and the #1 key is to keep the pressure low. Do not hunt it more often than once a week if possible and never hunt on a wrong wind or no wind.
