Lone Wolf Customer service

    I recently purchased a Lone Wolf “ hunt ready” system from Csbelas. I have never had to pack in and out before so this was a new experience for me. The first trip in all was good, but coming out after an evening sit, I must have snagged my sticks on a branch. The top part of my stick quiver broke and my sticks started flopping. I contacted Lone Wolf a few days later via e-mail. I received an e-mail the next day from a rep to inform me they would ship me another half of the quiver. It arrived today, and I couldn’t e happier. Kudos to this company for a great customer experience!

    I dealt with them when I wanted to replace/order the bushings for the sit rail on my sit and climb. My stand is 14 years old! These folks couldn't have been more helpful! God bless LW. :biggrin:

    I am a big LW fan. I have never had a problem with my stands, but any time I had a question they answered fast and were friendly.
