Just wanna remind everyone that safty Checks on bows are very important. How many of us actually check each arrow before shooting to make sure there are no stress fractures or defects? I recently took advantage of my year of experience shooting bow and made one little mistake... I was quickly going to sight in my cross bow before the hunt on Friday and did t pay attention to where my hand was. When pulling the trigger I felt a sharp pain and quickly realized that yes.... I took the tip of my finger off. When pulling the trigger my finger was above the rail and my cable took the bone and all with ease[IMG]just always remember that even though it doesn’t go bang.... it still extremely dangerous and should never be taken lightly. Please be safe this year my fellow bow hunters and always put safety first and the hunt second.

Hey brother way to buck up and shoot us all a dose of reality. **** happens man I for one appreciate the post as I my self have a cross bow I sometimes hunt with, It can give me the hebee gee bees when making extra sure I'm all good to go. Heal up quick as we all know you will and kill a monster. I look at it this way my grandfather was a bad ass carpenter from back in the day, he was missing part of his finger from a saw accident, grandpa would say mistakes make you a better person.
