Just broke out my new mission sub 1 to zero the scope. It's two weeks till hunting season. First cock and one left limb splits. Scared me I thought it fired without me touching the trigger..then I saw the bolt still there...then I saw the limb..I was 1500 bucks sick. Before you ask , no I didnt turn the bolts, didnt make any adjustments at all...its Saturday, I will call mission on monday.
Mathews is usually great about warranty make sure you registered the bow if not you should still be okay. They usually get warranty stuff out within a week great company to feel with Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wow, I was just looking at that bow online today, thinking of how neat it was. Not good. I hope Mathews works it out for you.
Mathews had me take it to an authorized dealer and they replaced the broken limb...other than waiting two weeks , no problem.
Killed an eight point on Oct 21st with my new sub 1...about a 45 yard shot , perfect hit in the chest , from the front right between his shoulders..he ran about 20 yards and fell..I never found the bolt. My first deer ever with bow but now i have the mission[ broke in].
Mine came Saturday. At noon sighted it in and back in woods by 230. Didn't see any deer. Can't believe how accurate this is I didn't even use a bench or rest and I was stacking them 3 inch group at 40 yrds. This thing is going to be deadly.
You can make the same 3 inch groups at 60 and 70 yards...I only drop one retical from 40 to 60 and it's dead on...badass bow..
it happens. Mathews has great customer service. Way back when that happened on my Switchback, brought it to the dealer had in back in 10 days. My friend just bought a brand new ten point (it was about 1000 dollars don't remember the model) shot a deer cocks it back limb splits, sends it back to where he bought it, gets a new one, cocks it back, puts a bolt in, safety off pulls trigger wont fire. brings it in to a shop to get it decocted sends it back. guessing it was built on a friday both times lol
