I have the IWOM. I have a love hate relationship with it. It is extremely warm and well thought out for a bowhunter. The only gripe i have is it can be a tad noisy up against a tree or when drawing back. Believe me though it is very warm and great for late season.
I love my heater body suit, easy to bow hunt with and extremely warm. Honestly best money I have spent in a long time.

I've had mine for 10 to 12 years. I love it. I rarely use it but when I need it, it is a life saver. Also allows me to pack about half the amount of clothes. I get up into the stand and let myself cool down for about 10 minutes then put it on. Rain and snow are no issues as 0 water gets through. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
I've been thinking about getting one of these for awhile now. Hate to think how much money I've spent on various layering systems etc. when all I had to do was wear light or midweight stuff into the woods and pack one of these.

I have an IWOM have only used it a few times but it is warm in the worst conditions. The one thing I don't like is the profile you look like a big camo blob up in a tree.
No I never really noticed that, also have not hunted in rain but watched videos of people in snow. They looked to be dry and warm.
I have had a heater body suit for 7 years and never had any problems with wind. I have been out in snow storms where the suit is white from snow and never had water penetrate through the suit. Hunting buddies called me crazy because they were in 4 hours earlier. Now they also have the heater body suits. We have an spare bedroom in our cabin so I hand the suit over the beds and turn the fan on. It is good for the next day.
I bet you look funny going thru the wood with just a tshirt, turtle neck, and sweatshirt on....You might want to add a TuTu to your outfit.
I forgot to add..in addition to those three above mentioned garments, I walk in with combat boots and a jock strap.
Iwom. Not having to unzip to shoot is a huge plus for me. I've had some deer come in slow and I'd hate to be standing there in temps that have me in a iwom with just light clothing on waiting for a shot.
I own a HBS and it was the best purchase I have ever made for cold weather hunting. I bought it prior to a Montana rut hunt where most of the days started in the negatives and none of the days never warmed up over 20 degrees. During that week, there were two of us in camp that had a HBS, we were the only two that were able to stand the cold for all-day sits every day.
Heater body suit great setup I have shot several deer no problem and no bulk on my left arm and silent
I have had both. Iwom is best, for these reasons. So much easier to put on in tree. Can wear it as parka. Arms are out, completely waterproof (tested through downpours) and last but not least don’t have to unzip and FREEZE waiting on a shot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
