What would be the benefits of using a left or right helix? And when would you use which?

I marked my arrow and it’s going counter clock wise.. so if all my arrows are the same will they all rotate the same way? Or will each arrow rotate different?

I believe it has more to do with the direction of twists in the string and the serving. If one spins counter clockwise they all should.
