More stealth strips. Geez most tedious thing ever. Love them though it’s my first season using them on my gear instead of hockey tape.

FYI I don’t think those stealths have a time/date/temp stamp.

It wasn't today...but, yesterday I bought a Hoyt HyperForce. Went with 80# limbs. The worst part is going to be the 2-week wait before it comes in.

I went in to finally pull the trigger on a new bow. Went in fully anticipating walking out with a Triax. Shot it and loved it. Out of curiosity I wanted to compare to the Halon, Hyperforce, and the Nitrux. Well, I loved the Nitrux? The Triax was legit dead in my hands, a bit top heavy but super dead. The Nitrux had some decent hand shock. I noticed that the string stop was about half an inch away from the string (I noticed the same thing in a few review videos too after getting home). Adjusted it and that took away a good portion of the have shock. Stuck a B-stinger on the Nitrux and I was stacking arrows at 30 yards with minimal hand shock. I hate to say it but I went against everything I've been reading online about the hatred for the Nitrux. Just shows you gotta test them out yourself and pick what works and feels best for you.

I edited out stuff that was specific to you; otherwise I could have written everything above except I ended up with a Bowtech Realm in Kryptek Altitude. Picked her up Friday; and Lord is she sexy.

I really liked the Triax, and I've shot a Mathews Z7x for years; but I could not get over how much superior the draw cycle on the Realm was to the Triax. After the shot; slight advantage to the Triax. The Bowtech had a little more handshock and noise. But everything up to just after the point of release felt much better on the Bowtech. Final stats here in my sig line

I ordered a couple Carlton elk calls, some Sitka for early season, and some tooth of the arrow broad heads.

Just bought a Trophy Ridge React Pro sight for my new Hyperforce bow. I currently have an IQ Micro 5 pin sight on it. But really want to try out the Pro sight.

Decided to take the wood grip off of my creed and try a focus grip. Can’t wait to get it back and see how it feels.

    New strings too!

Just got my new range finder today. Vortex Ranger 1300. (Had to get a new one since I was an idiot and set my old one on the hood of my truck, then drove off.) But 40% off makes it easier to swallow. Very nice and the 6x zoom is better than my old one. Ranges out to 1300 yards so I can use this one for rifles too unlike my last one which was only for bowhunting. Only negative thing for me is the cross hairs and readout are in red. Little hard to see if it's really bright out but I'm sure I'll get over it.

Ended up buying the Hawk Mega Combat combo packaged (includes stand, sticks, and a lifeline) this weekend at Cabelas. First hang on stand I have ever owned so should be fun figuring out how to set it in a tree in the next few weeks. Also just order 3 sevr broadheads, cant wait to see how they perform!
