I don’t think it matters, I had camo, black and grey bows. If someone blames a bow color on getting busted their in denial hahah. I mean with exceptions, I would not hunt with a “shiny” bow just for the purpose of glare from sun and reflection. I know some guys have some pretty wild looking 3D bows that shouldn’t be in a tree, but they could get away with it prob.
Mine is black but I don’t think it matters. I do however hang a salt block or mineral lick from the lower limbs to entice the deer in closer.
My uncle used to kill deer with a bow that matched his blue jeans and flannel shirt, just use the wind and the color won't matter
my first bow was camo because that was THE option for that bow. current bow is black and ive killed several deer with it. if i had money to buy a new one i like the look of black riser with camo limbs, but its just personal preference. i dont think having a black bow is going to get you busted
I bought a Bowtech REALM this year and went with the Flat Dark Earth color. I didn't like any of the camo patterns and I found that light tan color really blends in and isn't a black blob when trying to blend in.
