Mine is camo, but honestly I don't know how much it matters.

I stopped using cam bows because I would sit them down and lose them for a couple mins

I don’t think it matters, I had camo, black and grey bows. If someone blames a bow color on getting busted their in denial hahah. I mean with exceptions, I would not hunt with a “shiny” bow just for the purpose of glare from sun and reflection. I know some guys have some pretty wild looking 3D bows that shouldn’t be in a tree, but they could get away with it prob.

Your bow has to match your camo otherwise you lose tv sponsors. ...

Mine is black but I don’t think it matters. I do however hang a salt block or mineral lick from the lower limbs to entice the deer in closer.

My uncle used to kill deer with a bow that matched his blue jeans and flannel shirt, just use the wind and the color won't matter:biggrin:

my first bow was camo because that was THE option for that bow.
current bow is black and ive killed several deer with it.

if i had money to buy a new one i like the look of black riser with camo limbs, but its just personal preference.
i dont think having a black bow is going to get you busted

I bought a Bowtech REALM this year and went with the Flat Dark Earth color. I didn't like any of the camo patterns and I found that light tan color really blends in and isn't a black blob when trying to blend in.
