The Packers have the best player between the 2 teams that is for sure but the Vikings have so many better players its not even close...and a better coaching staff.
You know Philbin is back running the O side of the ball right? Second the new O coordinator has never been a coordinator. I also look to the last 6 quarters of the viking season last year. The Saints and the Eagles solved the Zimmer D and scored at will. Cook no matter what he and the training staff say is coming off an ACL and it takes a full year or more to be back to 100%, you never saw AP get caught from behind till after his acl. The biggest factor for the vikings is the O line the center is on the Pup list and the right guard is in a walking boot, 300 pond man with a bad ankle does not heal during the season. The schedule as well I said it before and I meant it the vikings will have no more than 11 wins this season.
Again... This comment isn’t about Vikings or Packers. You can’t just cherry pick 6 quarters of an entire season and say they were figured out. We’ve been through this before. Through 64 quarters the Vikings were the best in the league, but that apparently means nothing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Well really it does mean nothing to have the # 1 d when you give up 38 points in a game that you were favored to win it is an indication that the team you were playing figured out something on film. And yes as you should have learned regular season rankings do not mean anything in the playoffs. The number 1 regular season defense gave up 57 points in 2 playoff games.
Isn't that the same guy that was suspend last year for a violent cheap shot on a defenseless wide receiver? Again Jake don't be mad at me for pointing out facts.
I’m not mad. Just discussing. Not for cheap shots, but the BS sissy rules they are coming out with. I know it’s to “protect” the players but the rules don’t allow the players to tackle anymore. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Listen gentlemen I only offer objective neutral analysis, I have no axe to grind just observations, and league wide views, fact based analysis. Write it down 11 win on the high side, a lot of things went right last season the vikings can not reproduce their 3rd down efficiency from last season amongst other stats. The O line is problematic and as the mumbles say from the Red Skins your QB is willing to throw people under the bus when things are not right, there will be a issues in the room.
The Packers made their best move by firing Dom, the D will be a different animal this season. On another side note have you heard about the 28 yard no look TD pass in a 2 minute drill 4th and 8 Aaron drew the D offsides rolled right and looked right and threw left on the button. Granted cameras are not allowed at practice but being an owner has benefits you get access to video others do not get to see. Can not wait to see crow served week 2.
but the raw talent of drawing his own D offsides! His own D doesn't even know his snap count!! I'm going to make some projections based off this one dead play that happened a month before the season even begins and before roster cuts have been made....I'll be back On another side note, Aaron only used three squares of toilet paper to wipe his ass this morning.
