Is there a range finder that is geared more toward archery? I want a freakin good range finder but I don’t need to pay technology that makes it good at 3000 yds

Whats your budget? The Leupold RX-Full draw is a little over 200 and would work. The Halo ranger finders aren't horrible but are in the 100 range.

I would spend up to $350 on one if it was worth it.

I had the bushnell, bone collector and I can’t find the stupid thing. I was not very happy with it anyway. It was very hard to pick up readings with it

I bought a Vortex Ranger last year and love it! Very compact, just the right amount of magnification, angle compensation, and red led display so you can range stuff in low light. They have a couple different models in the $300-450 range.

Just bought myself a vortex Impact 850 and from what I have seen with it thus far I love it. Haven't really put it through the paces myself but reviews read pretty well. Didn't set me back alot and love vortex's warranty coverage.

I’m leaning towards the Vortex 1300. Anybody have a compelling reason why I shouldn’t?

I have the HALO XRT 750, so far I don't have any complaints. Readings are decent in low light conditions, it does have angel compensation that is geared toward tree stand hunts which I'm a big fan of. Picked mine up for around 119.00 from sportsman's guide they have several other models worth checking out.

Like Curtis said above, I rock the HALO XRT6, Max out at 600 yards for Bowhunting purposes and I have zero complaints with it. Scans and switches from yards to meters and holds real well as well as the lighting on yard readings dims out Manuely. With a sale going on got it for just over 100$. Have had it for almost two years and yet to change the battery out and shoot most nights with it too.
