    I don't think I have ever been excited for preseason for reasons other than the fact opening day is 5 weeks away.

    This year I find myself hoping some of the Steelers preseason games air live, getting Mason Rudolph in the 3rd round could have been the steal of the draft. Making it even more intriguing is taking one of Rudolphs receivers the previous round.

    Roethlisberger will never be matched for what he is(haters respond to this part), but to have an accurate deep ball passer in the wings is interesting as Ben's career is in the final chapters.

    Really want to see how the drafted pair can work together in a new system and how Rudolph can sync up with the established receivers.



    Ready for the season to start, even if it is preseason.

    Ordered my 2018 season Packer hat yesterday and a new hoodie as well. Soon to be 14 time world champions.:nana: I now have enough Packer hoodies I can go two weeks without having to wear a repeat.

    2 Packer defensive players......Jake Ryan and Kentrell Brice both carted off the practice field today. Injuries are part of the game but it sure seems like there are more season ending injuries the last few years for all NFL teams.

    I doubt there are any worthwhile free agents available at the moment. But I could see them exploring that option in the coming weeks when teams have to start cutting players.

    Vikings signing Diggs to a 5 year extension. He's about to be a top 10 WR in the league this year + future years.

    Vikings now under contract through at least 2020: Cousins, Cook, Thielen, Reiff, Elflein, Kendricks, Griffen, Hunter, Smith, Rhodes, and Diggs. The Vikings future core is stacked.
