It looks cool and is a shooter for sure in that budget range but I'll stick with what i have till November lol.
$850.00 for a budget bow? What's next $1500.00 for a flagship bow? These manufacturers are so out of touch with the true archer & they are trying to makeup ground by appealing to the "Hollywood hunter."
No, they’re already $1500. Well, close after tax. I saw a Hoyt RX-1 at a bow shop and the tag on it said $1349.
I am just sick of all the bullshit marketing. There is so little meaningful differences at this point that the marketing is almost insulting
You got that right. This "new" bow looks almost identical to my 2007 Hoyt Vectrix! Which I am in no hurry to replace.
It looks like a powermax which is a good bow but if your giving this hype atleast make it look vastly different
It’s a nice looking bow but that price tag. Its not really far off from other companies flagship bows.
...I admit I've never shot one; but is a $1500 Hoyt really any better than a $1000 flagship bow from anyone else? Much less an $850 "budget" bow.
My local shop said hes sold more hyperforce then the carbon bow this year. Wish i would of gave the rx1 a try the hyperforce is nice. A wierd dump into the back wall ,but solid. Maybe ill give the rx1 a try when i shoot the nitrux.
I actually like the bow. Good specs imo. But, unless Hoyt now considers anything that isn't carbon a "budget" bow then a budget bow this ain't. What is budget though is the mint condition second hand No Cam I bought last year for $400.
