I've got a 30" arrow and shoot around 318 fps.
At a whopping 5cm thick I wouldn’t expect too much out of it particularly at your speeds. May be ok for one of those dime store kids bows but not much more.
Yeah that's kinda what I was thinking to be honest... I am just looking for a good target without spending an arm and a leg on one. But I guess "you get what you pay for". Any recommendations for a good target out there? I go through a lot of targets due to shooting a lot.

As thin as it is I would be worried about it standing up. You might get a few shots but after a few grouping sessions I imagine the arrow would zip through.

I also tried to save money on different targets and materials. Built several and also bought several. long story short. buy a rhinehart 18-1. you will like it and if you shoot a bunch like me its worth the money in my opinion.

As long as you don't leave it out in the rain its a decent target but it won't last forever. I haven't tried the rinehart, but I can see why (the cost).
Personally I’d buy the cheaper bag target. I have one that last for a least a couple of years. You can buy at the price of the $129 one. Have one at home and one to take to camp or wherever.
That Yellowjacket is a decent target but field tip only. You can find a Block or even a BassPro brand block for about $40. If you don't leave them outside they'll last 3-4 seasons at least as long as you don't pound them with broadheads.
I would have to say a bag target is the way to go. I have I don't know how many thousands of shots in my ridge runner. Picked it up for $30 at ****s sporting goods. Then I bought a block on sale for broadhead tuning Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Reading through the comments on this product, some are saying that 70lbs will send arrows right through this... You would also have to worry about leaning it against something without anything directly behind it. Personally, I love my Hurricane bag. Link here. And I shoot 70lbs as well.
Another vote for the 18:1 Rinehart. I have one, and arrows pull out easily. Haven't shot broadheads into it yet. But, would imagine similar. I also have a number of 3D Rinehart targets (deer, goat, coyote, turkey, etc) that I shoot. After a few shots, arrows pull out nicely. Otherwise, can always get a bar of Ivory soap, or arrow lube, for easier pulling.
