Yup. I'm storing that platform there for the time being. It actually goes out in the hayfield. I'll move it out there in September.

    Nice!
I've been threatening to plant a bunch of winesaps the last two years and never get around to ordering them. They have to get a few hard frosts before they are good. We had two trees down on the family farm orchard of those. I haven't been there in a long time, we sold our portion to the rest of the family. Those were the best apples in the orchard. They were always huge and beautiful and tasted like a sweet cherry jolly rancher candy mixed with a green apple candy.

Awesome, roots looking little dry better get them in or soak em! Hope they start producing for you in the next few years, the deer seem to love ours and so do the bears!!

Spent the better part of the weekend walking the new lease. I picked out some awesome stand blind locations and mapped out where plots are going. I didn’t take many pics with my phone as we were filming almost everything for a new project (teaser alert). Did manage to find a 73” 5 point shed.

Well...signed lease on the biggest farm I’ve ever been able to hunt. The journey begins again!

Picked up a little shed and found one of that buck’s rubs while scouting

Big day yesterday. Hinge cut a small bedding area in the morning, then planted 2 clover plots, refreshed 2 mineral sites, put up a box blind for late season, and hung 2 stands. All on my home farm.

It's Purina Rangeland Pro Fescue Mineral. I buy in 50lb bags at Heartland Co-Op for $22.
