I have been bowhunting for the past few years, and am wanting to try out bowfishing for the spring/summer months. I don't have much to spend on a setup and am wondering what you all would recommend to just get my feet into this new sport? I was thinking about getting an inexpensive recurve bow and then attach a bowfishing rig... Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

New The PSE kingfisher is cheap and will work but the but the bow is horrible to shoot. Check EBay they usually have some decent prices on bow fishing stuff.
Awesome, thanks Copperhead. I was looking at the Kingfisher and thought that it looked cheap. I don't need a high end bow, so the one you suggested looks perfect. I am also searching on craigslist to see if I can find a deal.
