Well they already have 4 wins and have a fairly easy schedule so it's not too far fetched that they can win 4 more games.

Or trade Hundley and roll with Callahan.

I can’t cheer for a team to tank. But 4-6 to end the year might.m be plausible.

I am not saying you want to cheer for them to lose. You always draft in the 20's because of Rodgers, I would think getting to draft around 12 would be a huge bonus. I wouldn't expect much in trade value from Hundley. What QB has brought in a lot? Garoppolo was going to get the Pats a mid round first but he had a ton of upside because he didn't play many games.

Honestly I think you are going to see how good your coach is now. There are a few coaches over the years that looked like they were great but actually sucked. They had GREAT players that won in spite of their coach. I think McCarthy falls under this and Rodgers should ask him and Thompson to give him half of their pay checks.

He did coach a Rodgers less team to the playoffs once before...going 2-2-1 in the process. Even got Scott Tolkien a small payday out of it lol

Only win I see for the packers is the browns, rest are all losses.

Teams will force your QB to beat them. Good luck

give me football reasons why packers can make the playoffs?

    Here is why they can’t.

Teams now will load the box and make your QB beat them, and he can’t. He can’t because packers could not pass protect Rogers, which is why he got hurt. Now your back up will be under pressure and getting killed also.

Second your defense is good and will keep you in games for 2-3 qrts, because your offense will be inept and have way to many 3 and outs they will get worn down and scored on.

Third Rogers was the best player in the NFL, you simply can’t replace what he brought to the packers.

Anyone have any football reasons on why they can still win?

Because the rest of the division sucks is why the packers can win or be 500 without Aaron.

You're not understanding that the Packers now suck more than pretty much the entire division.

I'll take the under on 6 wins the rest of the year all day long if you're looking to do a bet?

Jake I don't make bets with fantasy football players they have a false concept of understanding the game.

They still play the Lions twice, bears, browns, queens at home, ravens. Those are all winnable games. Hell even the Saints and buccaneers are winnable games. I think Hudley will be better than most people think. I never said they will make the playoffs because they probably wont, but they will win more than one more game and IMO will finish 8-8 at least.

Jordy Nelson, Devante Adams, Randall Cobb, Martellus Bennett, Montgomery/Jones.

Packers have the receiving threats to spread the field. Most defenses don't have the depth in their secondary to match up 1 on 1 across the board with Packers receivers, so they will need to keep at least 1 safety over the top if they don't one slant can be a TD. That leaves an even 6 defenders left to rush and 6 offensive players to pick them up. With Monty/Jones in the backfield, the defense also has to respect the flair pass in the flats as much as the run so that is one LB/S that cant just blind pass rush so we are back to 5 on 5 blocking.

Defenses cannot get over aggressive, if they do, Hundley will be able to beat them with the options he has to throw to.

Flynn went from 15/26 177, 0TD 1INT when Rodgers went down in Detroit, to 24/37 251, 3TD, 1nt against NE in New England. amazing what a week of getting the snaps to prepare can do.

I'll be honest....Hundley at the moment is NOT my biggest worry for reasons for losing...it is the fact we have a safety playing Corner due to having next to no healthy CBs by the end of the Vikings game. It is the fact our OL, seriously were close to having to have a DL or a TE play a position as well..and our #1 RB (A Jones) is currently a guy some thought wasn't even gonna get drafted (Monty is banged up). Hundley could go put forth 250yards through the air, 2 TDs, 0 INTs and shoot say 4o yards rushing...and still lose.

Someone said they'd take the under 6 wins rest of the year...for me even as a Packer fan I'd take the same. I just don't see us pulling that many wins out...but I will be cheering my head off along the way and hope I'm wrong!
