What is the criteria for being considered electronic? My trail camera is battery powered...does that mean I'm using electronics if there is a trail camera in front of my stand while hunting? My rangefinder has a battery; would that be illegal?

PGC has made an exception to the rule for Rangefinders, and technically you arent using a trail camera to lure or give you some advantage over a deer during the actual hunt, unlike say electronic decoys for waterfowl. So you arent really hunting with trail cameras.
