    SKOL.

One year we will get upper management that can draft us a franchise QB! Maybe... Hopefully.

I can't even imagine being blessed with Favre and Rodgers the last how many years. A guy can dream.

McCarthy needs to be drug tested. He said Bennett can be the best TE in the NFL.

He said Bennett has the potential to be the best TE in the league and that he (meaning McCarthy) has the job to create opportunities for Bennett.

I think Bennett is a very good TE and can be great with Rodgers throwing him the ball in that offense.

So what McCarthy said has the "potential" to be correct.

Would love to watch 3 wide and a "fast" TE with montgomery as the check down out in the flat, no huddle hurry up.

When they announced the Bennett signing I was shed hunting with 10 friends that are from WI and are all die hard Packer fans. Not one of them said that was a good signing. They all bitched sign defensive guys and talked about what an ******* he was and what good teammate that has talent plays for 5 teams.

Ill be honest, i wanted Cook back. But i was ELATED for the Bennett signing. He did VERY WELL with Tom Brady, and Aaron Rodgers is a more capable athlete then Brady.

This dude is going to fix alot of problems our offense had (Redzone, middle of the field).

Rodgers without capable TE: 298ypg, 15 TDs, 6 INT
Rodgers with a capable TE: 272ypg 29 TDs, 1 INT.

Im pretty pumped for this offense. Lets get Cobb healthy and see what can happen. The final 9 games were awesome.

Look at a lot of his stats...he is a top TE, I personally wouldn't argue best. However targets vs completions if I remember right he is the best.

I personally wanted Cook as well, but Bennett is an upgrade and the Kendricks addition as well to TE makes the position a strength (RR still here) where as just two years ago it was arguably the worst on the team outside ILB.

Anyone who thought it was a bad signing for the price and output Bennett has produced is not a knowledgable football fan. I personally don't like his "outgoing" personality but Green Bay is a different market and I've watched players quiet down here in comparison to other markets.

So TT decided the 1st round was not needed to improve the team, oh boy let's draft some guys that won't see the field on Sunday for 2 years.

Last time we didn't have a 1st, we ended up with Jordy. I can deal with that.

Another Jordy will not improve the D, while I no longer vomit when I think of the inability to be anything but sieve on defense the Packers need some corners and the depth on the line is gone on both sides of the ball. If they won't fire Dom ted had better stock the roster..

A win win? pretty much going with no real upgrades and gambles on replacement to shore up a sieve of a defense?
