Hey boys. Yes I just got mine. I suppose it took a little longer then most because of Mr border control. My season is a little behind most of you. I won't be turning and seeding my plots until mid May. Probably when I get back from my hunting trip. I can't wait for may 14. I leave for my one week black bear hunt in Saskatchewan. I'll keep you all posted. I got a bunch of clients coming from Nashville and rapid city. So we should have a few dead bears to post pics of. I of course will be going with my xpedition archery bow. Cause I'm a real man lmao. Then it's the long summer waiting for October. I will be heading down to Texas again this year in November. I saw a couple nice bucks on cam already on my buddies cams down there. 8" of growth already on some of these bucks. Can't wait. We need a repeat, I don't think it's ever been done.
Gotta have surgery on my left shoulder sometime after May 15th. Bone spur and fix a muscle. Said I'd be good to go a month after.

Bootlegger looks awesome. I'm looking forward to some greening up soon. Supposed to get 3-5" snow again tomorrow night and another 3-5 Monday but the weather in between has been pretty nice. Things have started to green up some and trees budding Western congrats on the turkey. I was figuring you'd get one soon. I haven't been doing anything except working on my cabin. It's getting close. I'm trying to get it done before Mother's Day been out there every night for damn near a month working on it. I appreciate the well wishes, but Bootlegger was the one getting surgery. I have some potential nose stuff looking into but hopefully can avoid any other repairs for a while. Thanks anyway for the thoughts though Our huge predictions for snow turned out to not accumulate to much at all, just soggy ground. Hopefully next two weeks dry things up and can get to the woods. Got a pole building put up and working on getting things cleaned and stored in there for now. Might get some cams out just to see how things are going and see when antlers start up.
