    I killed one this year, 2 minutes after I got in the stand, but it wasn't until 5pm. I don't normally set all day any more.

    I killed one of my best (relative) bucks at 1:15PM in 2009. I rattled in a BIG buck at 12:10PM in Alberta a number of years ago.

    I rarely sit all day in general, its hard for me to sit still that long, I just happened to be in a situation where I was in early in the morning but, I had time to jump in back in for a few hrs at about 10:30 so I took the chance, I see it as you cant shoot what you can't see, and you gotta sit to see so I took my chance.

    Most of the deer I shot in the last decade or 2 have been 11am - 1pm.
