Having serous clearance issues on my NAP nighthawk drop away rest, should I try different 4" shorter vanes and see if that fixes my issue or should I just put my whisker biscuit back on and wait to try again with a different drop away. All advice appreciated thank you in advance

    Where are you located?

How do you know there are clearance issues? What specifically are you seeing?

Blazer Vanes makes a new HEAT vane.. 2.5 inches long and .41 inches tall. Designed for hunters to better clear the cables and drops ways.

This could be a cableslide/rollerguard issue -if you can make adjustements try that first.
Try shooting cocked vane out- if you're a lefty to your right, and vice versa.
I'm assuming this rest is cable driven, ensure that this is installed correctly, if its running off the wrong cable, this could definitely be an issue. I would see a reputable bow shop (not ****S) to take a look if you don't feel confident about doing the work yourself.
The lipstick trick should indicate exactly where your contact is happening, go from there.
