    Master hunter is a cheater like the rest of us. he likes and uses Dead Down Wind!!! What a horrible disadvantage to put the deer at. Throwing off their senses like that. i would think a real Master hunter would hunt the wind, from the ground, with a homemade weapon.

    Like so many have said before, YOU ARE IN NO WAYS CHEATING. The one thing that I would do is pick his brain and have him to help you and show you what to look for when it comes to finding the right place to set up a stand. It is all part of the learning process and when it all comes together it is a wonderful feeling to know that you outsmarted the great and wise whitetail. I have been hunting for over forty years now and every year the game I pursue seem to teach me something new.
