Good stuff!! Judging by that smile, he looks like he loves what he's doing, and he should be very proud of his accomplishments. Dad, you're doing a great job!

Thank y'all so much for the kind words about my sons deer. I've got 2 daughters and a wife as well, and I've been able to sit with them on their first kills too. Those memories out weigh any of my own accomplishments. Thanks again for the kind words and warm welcome.

Congrats! I hoping to have that experience with my son next season. It will be the first year he is old enough.

Big congrats to you and your son!! That's awesome! My boys are 7 & 3. My oldest got to go with me a couple of times this year but I can't wait until he is old enough to shoot a bow and get his first deer. Good stuff Dad, keep up the good work!

Congrats! Enjoy your time hunting with him. They grow up quick. Before you know it, he will be grown and moved out with his own family. You will find yourself sitting in the woods one day, reflecting on the memories you are creating right now.
