I had a pretty good sit this morning. Seen a bearded hen, a doe and two little ones, and a couple young bucks. Got some footage of them all but haven't uploaded anything. I did get pics of the doe and one of the bucks that showed up. Buck that I seen was in there early. Doe has a double throat patch.

Yesterday was a good day for me. My grandpa gave me his old 10 gauge crack barrel shotgun a few years ago. I made a point when he did that I wanted to kill a deer with it. Well I had been putting it off and I decided I was going to make a point this weekend to get it done. Yesterday afternoon I was able to seal the deal with it. Going to hunt the new property I picked up for the first time tomorrow evening. They started harvesting the corn this weekend and the combine broke down after a couple passes. We've got a big front moving in tomorrow evening and the wind is going to be perfect. Should be a good sit.
