    Glad you are ok!!!! Thankfully you had your harness on!!! You never know... hope you heal up quickly... but certainly better than the alternative!

    Damn. Reality check time. I never wear one. I have a cheapo strap style harness but I will buy a decent harness and rig up some lines this week. Good idea on the safety cables.

    Glad you are ok! My buddies father on the other hand was not so lucky. He has screw in steps and one popped out of the tree. He caught one of the steps under his jaw and broke it. It ripped through the skin and into his mouth. Bad Bad deal but lucky he is alive.

    Dawg007- I have the same screw in steps and I recently this year pop out of the tree I started to fall and another step caught under my arm and stopped me had a terrible bruise. I suggest sticks and a lifeline lol

    Glad you used a harness! I wouldn't think about hunting without a harness and Lifeline.
