The farm I have hunted for several years now has produced some big deer. They went back to corn this year and I was excited to hunt the corn after it was picked. I went out there last week and was surprised the field had been plowed. The farmers have never done that out there and nowhere I have hunted in the past has had plowed fields either. Does anyone know how that will affect the deer movement if it will at all?

IMO, probably no longer a deer magnet. Corn came out early this year and I've never seen so much spillage out the back of the combine sprout in the warm fall weather. So a lot of farmers cultivate the ground to bank moisture and incorporate organic matter back into the soil when the weather is favorable to do so especially in the fall. It is a very common practice. Cover crops are a better idea but not everybody is on board yet. So IMO this won't be a food source and deer will have no reason to visit there.
