    Toughest thing about this place, it's very hilly and every time I blink, the wind changes.

    It has me rethinking everything about my approach thinking I got lazy or took it for granted thinking I had it figured out. My wife thinks I jinxed myself because of a sweater I bought, starting to think she was right.

    Saw about 5 does.. a 4pt and 6pt... oh yeah a monster hot on a doe about 70 yards .. sounded like big foot. Not sure what is going on this year worst year yet

    I am hunting tonight with the goal of shooting the first mature doe I see as soon as I see it, I need to shoot a deer to remind myself why I hunt to gut it hang it and process it and put the best meat available in the freezer. I thought about shooting a doe last night but over thought it waiting her to turn in the direction I thought she would run when I shot her. Funny how perspectives change success to me this year will be venison in the freezer not a set of antlers on the wall.
