    I use two 2 x 8s and a come along to load deer in the truck, nothing fancy needed.

    Outdoor Edge Razor Pro.
    Field dress a deer in under 15 minutes. Other than a quad (not allowed on state land here) I've never found a tool more useful in getting a deer out than that.
