    Just got back to the truck. Saw a pretty decent buck right at dark but he seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere.

    had an awesome sit beautiful night saw some does that never came down the trail i needed them too and I know my buck was around the corner,,, wont be long now till he comes out just a little earlier

    0 deer seen in morning and evening. In a sick way I like it. Zaps me back to reality and lets me know I need to work hard to kill a good buck.

    Switching it up again.

    Don't like the overnight temps with the winds tomorrow, I like adult beverages tonight and sitting until mid afternoon Halloween better.

    Temps are going to be relatively stagnant the next 24 hours and winds will be wrong for where I want to focus my hunts. Halloween is looking a little cooler now, low to mid 70's rather than upper 70's to low 80's. The morning will be much cooler and winds will be more favorable.

    Halloween has been my goal since early August and have to stick with my initial gut feeling.

    Looking back on my sit this afternoon, I'm pretty sure I was birdwatching for 5 hours. Didn't see a single deer. Really thought tonight woulda had them moving with a 30 degree in temps and am showers. Tomorrow is another day, love this time of year.
