At this time I only use Non-estrous doe urine. If using estrous at this time it will spook does but bucks can find it attractive. If you spook the does though the buck might not get close enough to catch the scent. I am waiting until November for estrous scent.
I use estrous from day one. I spray a bit on my drag and have seen bucks follow my path in on opening weekend. They don't have their noses pinned on the ground, but they definitely are following the scent.
Some does will be coming into estrus already. I wouldn't hesitate using it from the last week of Oct on.
Yeah u can use it now as Fitz said some will be in already. My brother told me he seen about 150 inch breed a doe 2 nights ago. Ive seen 3 good ones chasing already.
