And I admitted they were good as well. But just not 16-0 good. Good as in better then the Pack at this point in the season. But you can not tell me there wont be one game where an opposing offense does not turn the ball over. Or where Sam throws 2 picks. It is bound to happen eventually and they will lose a close one. Might only be one like you mentioned but it will be at least one for sure.
Yeah, going with Jake on this one. We have a great team, we all have high hopes for the Vikings but we sure as heck have never mentioned, nor believe we can go undefeated; that's just nonsense.
I said they would finish strong, the only thing I mentioned as being delusional was running the table. As in 16-0 running the table. I unfortunately do not doubt they will win the division. It would take a bad string of injuries (which I would never hope on any individual or team) or a complete Sam implosion for GB to take it from them now.
Oh wow. Packers offense showed up ONCE this year and now "they're back." . LMFAO. Congratulations Pack, you just beat a horrible horrible team.
Who said they're back? You Vikings fans are really bad at reading comprehension. You guys think we are overjoyed about how they played, and that there is nothing wrong with the team. We have all said that the packers aren't very good right now. No one in here thinks the packers team is all sunshine and roses right now.
I will say this, the passing game looked a bit better. The bears had no reason at all to expect run, and the packers passing game did a decent job. The receivers NEED to get open though....
If the Packers were going to do well last night, fantasy wise, I'm at least glad Cobb was a big part of it.
Yeah what you saw last night is not going to work when it gets cold, then again the Packers are going to be on the road a lot.
What we saw last night has worked for years in the cold. It was McCarthy and Rodgers going more vertical that was the problem with the offense. Example, the Fumble play, 4 WR all running patterns over 10-15 yards deep. As long as McCarthy remembers what made the West Coast offense work and quits trying to be the greatest show I don't worry about the passing game.
Yes go back to fast paced no huddle short routes, last night Aaron simply lined up and threw to the receiver that was not covered at the line.
Ted does need to dedicate to skill positions early in the draft and sign a few high $ free agents. It does look like Mike did use a few of the plays that I have been e-mailing him, now if he would use my 4th down strategies I recommend, even if he would look strange trying to pull his head out of his backside right there on the sideline.
I was in the field last night so I didn't see any of the game but what was up with Jordy only having one catch? Did he get hurt? Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
He did get dinged but Adams was getting it done so go with the hot hand even though his handwork on shaking coverage and catching is not strong.
I think he's still working his way back too. He doesn't look like he's getting much separation like he used to. Plus I think the timing of the offense is still pretty far off.
