Didn't see a thing but the spot I picked had a lot of buck activities while I was gone overnight there were rubs all over the area. I just need to set up about 50 yards north
congrats jdubz!!! Found what I believe to be white oak acorns on the edge of a soybean field where a swamp meets very thick brush, put the climber up cant wait to get out for the evening sit, have to do community service work with my team first! My buddy got a shot at a doe while we were out scouting but she was about 150 yards away with the 30-06 unfortunately he missed but hopefully more show up tonight!

In the stand on a 5 day public land lottery hunt I won. This is day two! Hoping to at least see something. This is the same state park just different zone that the Fergie Clause buck was shot at.
Just got on stand, sitting in same stand I shot my buck in last week. Im over looking a bean field and bedding on the other side of me. They are picking the beans right now and looks like they will be done in 30 minutes. This should be a crazy night with the fresh picked beans!
Opening day first sit of the season. It's hot and dry 85deg sit up in some hardwoods with two big rubs in front of me. Good luck guys.
