Well guys we lost our lease we had in Kansas the last 4 years but was able to pick up another place just 30mins northeast closer to the town of sedan. We scouted back in june and its a awesome low pressure place. It has 3 different tract of land but all within 10mins of one another, biggest patch is 450ac. with a total combined of about 900ac. Seen tons of deer while scouting including 3 shooters. There is no inner road system and its very rocky so getting in and out will be a challenge for us but the big buck are there so it'll be worth it. They have taken in the last couple years a few 160's off the place and that was on the outer parts closer to roads, I can only imagine what will be deeper. The guy we lease said we can have it every year as long as he has it so we have good hopes to be able to manage this place for the future.
