Is this the same deer?

    10060008.jpg 10060009.jpg These pictures were taken two minutes apart. I can't tell if this is one deer that circled around or if it's 2 separate deer on the same trail. Any experts out there got an opinion?

    08110006.jpg Here is in velvet. Very clearly a 5x4 with split brow tines but in one of the above photos shows a 5x5 frame.

    Looks like the same one to me, not 100% Bc of the blury pic but looks very similar. Nice buck!

    The antler growth looks very similar but I will make this point. The G4, if I'm not mistaken, on the left side grew an awful lot compared to the rest of the points from the velvet pic to the close up hard horned pic. I'm really no expert but I don't know if one point would out grow the rest in that fashion. I think the velvet pick also shows a split brow on the left and can't tell in the close up with the blurred antlers. I don't see any body markings making it easier to tell if they are the same or not but just some things I noticed that may lead to them being different bucks.
