So I went out the other day on a piece of property that is about to be turned into a retirement community. Basically after this hunting season the 300 acres will be filled with old people in houses. That being the case the owner said he's done managing it and to shoot anything I want. Was able to poke this guy at 25 yards for my first kill with my Bowtech RPM 360 and I must say...This bow is a beast. Shot through the ribs on a very sharp quartering away shot and punched out the opposite shoulder so hard it looked like a slug came through it. Deer ran 30 yards and died. (Shame the property will be gone next year because this deer could have been some big in a few more years) Its a small 9 point actually but I couldn't be happier with it. First buck I have shot other than a spike! (Yes everyone makes fun of me because I have probably killed 50 does). Can't wait to get back in the woods now that it is finally cooling down here in MD.
