Does anyone else who has this app ever notice that they are almost always 180 degrees off on predicted wind direction? I went out tonight and the app said SE winds. I almost didn't go because that is not an ideal wind direction, but I have a spot or two that I can get away with it. I got out, and the wind was NE, which is perfect for where I wanted to set up. I started wondering if I was mistaken about how to tell the wind direction, but I have confirmed that it is still reported by the direction it is coming from. I am going to ditch that app, but does anyone have a good suggestion for a weather app?

I've been relying on that app for a few years and it wasn't till last weekend until I realized the wind was way off too

Yeah I've noticed that too but I like it better than either of the other weather apps out there so I'm keeping it.

Download wunderground and the best of all "Windy".

"Windy" is awesome. Has a chart with a satellite overlay to actually see the wind. Plus you can add favorites for easy search as well as predictions for the week ahead

I have found it pretty accurate.

NO-NO, you're thinking of FOX, MSNBC, and CNN. It's just that each set of liars has a different agenda. I used to watch MSNBC cuz the liberal lies made me feel better. Now I just shake my head and cry. At least with the weather you can tell if you were lied to.

Try the ScoutLook App. It's accurate and you can use it for more than wind but that's all I use it for.

Speaking of wind, I just can't seen to get rid of this frigging ENE wind. It's been coming from that same direction for over 2 weeks now, and it's keeping me out of the woods. I can't win!!!
