Grunting

    How soon would you consider grunting to draw bucks in?

    Currently live in Philadelphia, PA.
    Mid October onwards, and get louder as the days roll into November.

    I may do a little social calling early season just nothing aggressive. I actually just shot a buck on Monday a few minutes after calling. Was it the call or just good luck? All I know is I have meat in the freezer

    last Saturday I heard a buck grunting. I believe it to be just a social tone. it didn't sound very intense like they grunt during the rut.
