    So want to go out in the am. They're calling for spotty showers in the am. Listening in the afternoon. My main set is off an alfalfa fiel, 4 yards in. Had these the other night early when I went to grab my cans at 2 hours to sundown.

    it's our opener today but I'm not going to get out til lunch. I'm going to my son's soccer game this morning. that will be my priority every Saturday for a few more weeks then the games are over. down pouring here anyways. good luck guys!

    VT opener. Been in the stand since0545 waiting for the sun. Was just wet out here but now it's raining pretty good. No deer, bear or turkeys yet. Can only sit till 0800. Kids soccer games today. Good luck everyone!!!

    Well not in a stand, but in a blind. Had plans to hunt my usual opening day stand, it has been a good early season stand in the past, with tagging a doe 45 mins into opening day last year, but when I arrived, the corn has been cut, as of Monday it was still standing, I have a blind set up on the inside corner of this field, just have to try it out now, this corner has always seen a lot of traffic, and I have gotten pictures of some of my biggest bucks walking this corner....
